- Bookings must be made and fully paid at least 4 hours prior to the check-in time on the selected date.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the point of booking. Dates displayed may no longer be available at the time of booking.
- This promotion is strictly not applicable to existing bookings and cannot be retrospectively applied.
- Last minute deals bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
- Last-Minute Deals are available for online bookings only and are not valid for phone, walk-in, or third-party platform bookings.
- The coupon code LMD-2604 is valid only for eligible dates under this promotion and is subject to availability at the point of booking.
- Tee Side Chalet reserves the right to reject, cancel, or invalidate any booking where the coupon code is used outside of its intended conditions, or where misuse, abuse, or system manipulation is suspected.
- The 30% discount applies strictly to accommodation charges only and does not extend to add-ons, services, or any other purchases (including but not limited to space rentals, parking passes, equipment rentals, or third-party activities).
- For bookings that span both Last-Minute Deals (LMD) eligible dates and non-LMD dates, separate bookings are required.
- The LMD promotion will apply only to eligible dates.
- Non-LMD dates must be booked separately at prevailing rates.
No Refunds or Rescheduling
- All Last-Minute Deals bookings are strictly non-refundable.
- No cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling will be permitted under any circumstances, including no-shows or early departures.

The Rooms
At Tee Side Chalet, each of our eight newly renovated bungalows has 4 large bedrooms that can sleep 13 adults in total. For additional flexibility, all bungalows can add up to three extra beds upon request. Our rooms are minimally furnished, emphasizing spaciousness and simplicity, creating a serene and airy environment perfect for relaxation and group gatherings.
