TEE SIDE CHALET E-STORE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

1.1. Tee Side Chalet (“TSC”) is operated by Surgo Asset Partners Pte. Ltd. (“SAPPL”). These Terms & Conditions (“e-Store Terms”) govern all purchases, rentals and bookings made through the TSC e-Store, including equipment rentals, Guest Parking Passes, other items offered for sale, and, where applicable, services or activities provided by third-party operators.

1.2. By placing an order through the TSC e-Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these e-Store Terms.

1.3. You must be at least 21 years old to place an order through the TSC e-Store.

1.4. All orders are subject to availability. TSC reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or limit any order where reasonably necessary, including where an item or service is unavailable, an incorrect price or description has been displayed, an order does not comply with applicable purchase limits, or there is a suspected error or misuse of the e-Store.

1.5. These e-Store Terms supplement TSC’s Booking Policies, Terms & Conditions. Where an e-Store transaction relates to an accommodation booking, parking, use of the Property, or a guest’s stay at TSC, the relevant provisions of TSC’s Booking Policies, Terms & Conditions shall also apply.

1.6. In the event of any inconsistency between these e-Store Terms and TSC’s Booking Policies, Terms & Conditions, these e-Store Terms shall apply specifically to the e-Store transaction concerned, while TSC’s Booking Policies, Terms & Conditions shall continue to apply to the accommodation booking and use of the Property.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these e-Store Terms:

2.1. “Booking” means the relevant accommodation booking at TSC to which an e-Store transaction relates.

2.2. “Bungalow” and “Chalet” may be used interchangeably and refer to accommodation units at TSC.

2.3. “Guest” means the person placing the e-Store order and, where applicable, the person responsible for the relevant Booking.

2.4. “Property” means the entire Tee Side Chalet premises located at 125 Pasir Ris Road, Singapore 519121.

2.5. “Third-Party Provider” means an independent operator, vendor or service provider offering activities, products or services that may be booked or purchased through the TSC e-Store.

3. EQUIPMENT RENTALS

3.1. Equipment available for rental may include chairs, tables, air mattresses, mahjong tables, mahjong tile sets and other equipment or items offered through the e-Store from time to time.

3.2. All equipment rentals are subject to availability and are intended solely for use in connection with the Guest’s Booking at TSC.

3.3. Rented equipment must remain within the Property at all times and must not be removed from the Property without TSC’s prior written approval.

3.4. Where equipment is allocated to a particular Bungalow, event space or Booking, it must not be transferred to another Bungalow, event space or booking without TSC’s approval.

3.5. Guests are responsible for the proper use, care and safekeeping of all rented equipment from the time the equipment is handed over, delivered or otherwise made available to the Guest until it is returned to or collected by TSC.

3.6. Rented equipment must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was provided, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

3.7. The Guest will be responsible for any loss, theft, misuse or damage to rented equipment occurring during the rental period. TSC reserves the right to charge the Guest the reasonable cost of repair or replacement, as applicable.

3.8. Guests must not alter, dismantle, misuse or use rented equipment for any purpose other than its intended purpose.

3.9. Any request to extend a rental period must be made before the end of the original rental period. Extensions are subject to availability, TSC’s approval and any applicable additional charges.

3.10. Equipment that is not used, whether in whole or in part, will not entitle the Guest to a refund unless otherwise expressly provided under these e-Store Terms.

4. GUEST PARKING PASSES

4.1. Each Bungalow Booking may purchase a maximum of TWO (2) Guest Parking Passes per Bungalow per night of stay, subject to availability and TSC’s prevailing parking arrangements.

4.2. Guest Parking Passes are valid from 2:00 PM on the check-in date until 10:30 AM on the check-out date.

4.3. Where an approved late check-out until 12:30 PM has been purchased, the validity of the applicable Guest Parking Passes will be automatically extended until 1:00 PM on the check-out date.

4.4. Guest Parking Passes must be purchased through the TSC e-Store at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date, unless otherwise approved by TSC.

4.5. A Guest Parking Pass is valid only for the relevant Booking, stay period and registered vehicle for which it was purchased. It may not be transferred to another Booking or vehicle without TSC’s prior approval.

4.6. Purchase of a Guest Parking Pass does not guarantee the availability of any particular parking lot or parking location within the Property.

4.7. All vehicles entering or parking within the Property must comply with TSC’s prevailing parking rules, signage, directions and access-control procedures.

4.8. Unauthorised parking or any breach of TSC’s parking rules may result in the vehicle being wheel-clamped. The prevailing clamp release fee is S$218, inclusive of GST, or such other amount as may be stated in TSC’s prevailing Booking Policies, Terms & Conditions.

4.9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAPPL and TSC shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to any vehicle, or any fittings, accessories, property or contents in or on any vehicle, while the vehicle is within the Property.

5. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES

5.1. Certain products, services or activities offered or bookable through the TSC e-Store may be supplied, managed or operated by independent Third-Party Providers.

5.2. Where an item, service or activity is identified as being provided by a Third-Party Provider, the relevant Third-Party Provider is responsible for the delivery, conduct and performance of that product, service or activity.

5.3. Guests are responsible for reviewing and complying with any additional terms, conditions, requirements, restrictions, age limits, safety requirements, cancellation policies or other conditions imposed by the relevant Third-Party Provider.

5.4. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund requests relating to third-party products, services or activities shall be subject to the applicable terms and cancellation policy of the relevant Third-Party Provider.

5.5. Unless otherwise expressly stated, TSC acts only as a booking, payment or facilitation channel for third-party products, services or activities and does not control the manner in which such products, services or activities are provided.

5.6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAPPL and TSC shall not be responsible for any act, omission, delay, cancellation, injury, loss or damage arising from or relating to the provision of a product, service or activity by a Third-Party Provider, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

5.7. Any complaint, dispute or claim relating specifically to the performance or delivery of a third-party product, service or activity should be raised directly with the relevant Third-Party Provider. TSC may, where appropriate, provide reasonable assistance in facilitating communication between the Guest and the Third-Party Provider.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

6.1. All prices displayed on the TSC e-Store are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (“GST”).

6.2. Full payment is required at the time an order is placed.

6.3. Payment for e-Store transactions must be made using the payment methods made available through the e-Store at the time of purchase.

6.4. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

6.5. Guests are responsible for checking all order details, including the Booking, dates, quantities, vehicle information and selected products or services, before completing payment.

6.6. TSC reserves the right to correct any genuine pricing, description or system error. Where an order is materially affected by such an error, TSC will inform the Guest and provide the option of proceeding on the corrected terms or receiving a refund of the amount paid for the affected item or service.

7. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Equipment Rentals

7.1. Requests to change or cancel an equipment rental must be submitted to TSC at least 48 hours before the commencement of the rental period.

7.2. Where TSC approves a cancellation made at least 48 hours before the rental period and a refund is required, a 15% administrative charge will be deducted from the amount paid for the affected item(s), with the remaining 85% refunded.

7.3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the commencement of the rental period are non-refundable.

7.4. No refund will be provided for rented equipment that has been delivered, handed over, made available or left unused during the applicable rental period.

Guest Parking Passes

7.5. Guest Parking Passes are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.

7.6. Where a Guest has made a genuine duplicate or erroneous Guest Parking Pass purchase and notifies TSC before the applicable parking pass becomes valid, TSC may, at its discretion, approve a refund. Where approved, a 15% administrative charge will be deducted and the remaining 85% refunded.

7.7. No refund will be provided for an unused Guest Parking Pass after its validity period has commenced.

Third-Party Products, Services and Activities

7.8. Any cancellation, rescheduling, amendment or refund relating to a third-party product, service or activity shall be governed by the applicable terms and cancellation policy of the relevant Third-Party Provider.

Cancellation by TSC

7.9. TSC reserves the right to cancel, modify or substitute an order where reasonably necessary due to circumstances including equipment unavailability, operational requirements, safety considerations, severe weather, government directions or regulations, events beyond TSC’s reasonable control, or other circumstances that prevent TSC from fulfilling the order as originally confirmed.

7.10. Where TSC cancels an item or service supplied directly by TSC and is unable to provide a reasonable alternative, the amount paid for the affected item or service will be refunded. Where agreed with the Guest, TSC may instead provide a credit for future use.

7.11. Except where required by law, any refund under this Section shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the affected e-Store item, rental or service.

8. USE OF RENTED EQUIPMENT AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

8.1. Guests must use all rented equipment responsibly, safely and only for its intended purpose.

8.2. Guests are responsible for ensuring that rented equipment is used only by persons who are capable of using it safely and appropriately.

8.3. Guests must immediately stop using any equipment that appears damaged, defective or unsafe and notify TSC as soon as reasonably practicable.

8.4. Guests must comply with all reasonable instructions provided by TSC relating to the use, placement, storage or return of rented equipment.

8.5. The Guest responsible for the relevant Booking shall remain responsible for the conduct of members of their group and for any loss or damage to rented equipment caused by members of their group or their visitors.

9. LIABILITY

9.1. Guests use rented equipment and participate in activities at their own responsibility and must exercise reasonable care at all times.

9.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAPPL and TSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from an e-Store transaction, use of rented equipment, parking within the Property, or participation in a third-party activity.

9.3. Nothing in these e-Store Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

9.4. Nothing in these e-Store Terms affects any rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable Singapore law.

10. FORCE MAJEURE AND CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND TSC’S CONTROL

10.1. TSC shall not be liable for any failure, delay, cancellation or modification arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, power or utility failures, government restrictions or directions, public health measures, civil emergencies, failure of essential services or other events beyond TSC’s reasonable control.

10.2. Where such circumstances affect an e-Store order, TSC will use reasonable efforts to offer an appropriate alternative, rescheduling, credit or refund, having regard to the nature of the affected item or service and any applicable Third-Party Provider terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

11.1. These e-Store Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

11.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these e-Store Terms or any transaction conducted through the TSC e-Store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

12.1. TSC may amend these e-Store Terms from time to time to reflect changes to its operations, products, services, pricing, policies or applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

12.2. The version of the e-Store Terms in effect at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that transaction, unless a change is required by law or otherwise expressly agreed with the Guest.

12.3. Guests are encouraged to review the applicable e-Store Terms before completing each transaction.
